Pricing Errors/Returning an Item
Pricing Changes/Errors:
Sometimes mistakes happen, prices and offers are subject to change. We try to stay on top of price fluctuations, but with all of the various and continuous price increases over the past few years there may be some items on our website that are still not up to date in regards to the current pricing. If this happens, we'll let you know of the price difference, and offer you two options, if you'd like to pay the difference or we'll offer to give you a full refund of what you paid.
Returns:
If you receive the wrong item or size we will make it right with you and cover the return shipping of the item and send out the correct item ASAP.
If you place an order for an item and receive the item that you ordered but need to return it, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving the item "if" the item is undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging and "new" condition. However, there may be up to a 20% restocking fee associated with the acceptance of the return and the return shipping of the item(s) will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you return an item after the 14 day time frame or we suspect an item has been used or the item is not ours, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
If you return an item you will have the option of receiving a credit to be used towards another item or a refund. If a refund is requested the refund amount will be processed back to you the same way the purchase was made. For example, if you paid using a credit card your credit card will be refunded.
There are no refunds on custom made items, unless there is an issue with the construction/workmanship of the item(s). If there is a concern in regards to the construction/workmanship of the item(s), please contact us directly with pictures of your concerns so we can address them and determine the proper course of action to remedy your concerns.
Order cancellations (orders that were placed and canceled before shipment of the order, and Duplicate Orders) may be charged a processing/handling fee due to non-refundable transaction fees charged to us by the credit card companies when the original order was processed. Multiple duplicate order errors (and/or cancellations) may incur additional processing fee's to cover the time involved.
